    We deliver to all areas in Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Delivery to outlying islands and remote areas may require additional time and fees.
  • International Delivery
    We offer worldwide shipping for select products. Due to size and weight restrictions, certain items may not be eligible for international delivery. Please contact us for detailed information before placing an international order.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Custom orders may require additional processing time.
  • Delivery Timelines
    • In-stock items (Hong Kong): 3–7 business days
    • Custom orders: 2–6 weeks depending on production schedule
    • International orders: 7–30 business days depending on destination and shipping method

3. Shipping & Delivery Fees

  • International Shipping Fees
    Calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. All customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Packaging & Handling

  • Furniture is wrapped in protective materials to prevent scratches and damage.
  • Fragile décor items are double-boxed with cushioning for added safety.
  • Large items may require assembly upon arrival; assembly service is available for local deliveries.

5. Delivery Process

  1. Delivery Scheduling – Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.
  2. Access Requirements – Please inform us if your building has restricted access, narrow staircases, or no elevator. Additional charges may apply for manual carrying to higher floors.
  3. Customer Presence – A recipient must be available to receive, inspect, and sign for the delivery.

6. Order Tracking

  • Local Deliveries: We will confirm delivery time directly with you.
  • International Deliveries: A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor the shipment in real time.

7. Damages During Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost, depending on the situation.

8. Undeliverable Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or lack of recipient availability, re-delivery fees may apply.


9. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
